A great article on the “Supremacy Clause” and the confusion around it. People keep arguing that nullification is unconstitutional because of this clause. Nevermind the fact that what it says is a federal LAW (in other words, a law which IS constitutional and enacted by the Federal government) trumps state law which is counter to it. But what they ignore is: what about a law enacted by Congress that is unconstitutional? Does it trump state laws?
